Job Description The main aim of the role is to professionalize both Used Car Network and Fleet Sales business, and help to drive dealer performance in sales, standards and profitability. As a Used Car and Fleet Sales Assistant Manager, you must have a strong Used Car or Fleet Sales operations background, ideally coupled with a proven history of improving performance. You will also need to possess detailed industry knowledge to deliver best in class coaching, advice, support and behavioral change to the Volvo Vehicle Network. Responsibilities • Develop and drive improvements in used car and fleet sales, standards and profitability within the Volvo dealer network. • Identify opportunities to improve overall performance of market and deliver this through a formulated and structured plan. • Improve the professionalism and performance of dealers' used car departments by working closely with the Management team onsite and Brand / Financial Services field teams. • Ensure compliance to approved program standards. • Development and implementation of market strategies, programs and campaigns, along with development and delivery of workshops and coaching sessions to promote sustainable behavioral change. • Achievement of brand objectives and targets. • Accepts responsibility for the organizational goals by taking ownership of new and different duties and identifying new opportunities within the Sales Department.
